I have been lusting after the neon rhinestone necklaces that are popular with the style blogger set ever since I first layed eyes on them a few months ago. Dannijo (featured in the inpiration set below) are too expensive and getting your hands on a Spike the Punch necklace is next to impossible. 

But I recently found a Painted Rhinestone necklace DIY I want to try. It looks incredibly easy; all you need is some Sharpie markers (for the sort of see through coloured rhinestones) and some spray paint (for the opaque coloured rhinestones). Would you try this look yourself?
